Business Procurement Administrator | Sarre nr. Canterbury

A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Procurement Administrator to join a new and developing department based at our Head Office.  The ideal candidate will have a wealth of administration experience with a passion for communication, organisation and co-ordination.  An interest in international business is desirable as you will deal with international and domestic business partners on a daily basis.  You will also need to have exceptional I.T. capabilities and strong Excel skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • Liaise via phone and email with numerous business partners worldwide.
  • Monitor inventory stock and keep accurate records for reorders.
  • Working with suppliers to negotiate the best material and order costs, sourcing the best products for the best price.
  • Compiling regular reports for the Business Development Manager and Directors.
  • Update files and databases daily to keep an accurate record of all stock purchases.
  • Responsible for the packing and labelling of the e-commerce elements to the business.
  • To undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed to ensure the smooth running of the office and to support the growth and success of the business.

 

Key Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years Administrative Experience.
  • Fantastic Communication Skills both verbal and written.
  • Exemplary Excel skills and IT proficient, specifically MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated & self-disciplined with the ability to work autonomously when required.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • An interest in language is preferable and we would look favourably at anyone able to speak Mandarin, although not essential.

 

The Package

  • Full Time, Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm
  • £23,400 p.a.
  • 28 days holiday per annum (incl bank holidays).

  • You will be based at our fantastic Head Offices in Sarre, Kent. Due to our location a full UK driving licence is desirable with access to your own vehicle.

Hot Tub Showroom Sales Manager | Rawreth, Wickford

Johnsons Hot Tub Outlet are the leading retailer of the very best Hot Tubs from around the world. Offering unrivalled choice, unbiased advice, quality and value for money, we are looking for a confident, energetic and positive salesperson to manage our brand-new Hot Tub Showroom in a busy location within The View Garden Centre, Rawreth, Wickford in Essex.

Sales experience within the Hot Tub industry would be preferred but not essential.

You would be expected to optimise your branch’s sales leads, offering customers an unrivalled product and customer service which would include home site visits as part of the process.

You must be proactive, and results driven and due to the branch being open seven days a week, be flexible regarding working Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

You will need a full UK driving licence.

  • 27k salary with an OTE of 35k to 38k (uncapped commission)
